Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped by courier to the address provided during the purchase process, after confirmation of payment by bank transfer. Deliveries to mainland Portugal and Spain may take between 24 to 72 business hours, except during holidays or festive dates at the courier’s headquarters.

Exchanges and Returns

The delivery address provided in the order must be complete and accurate. Any costs incurred due to address errors and/or unavailability to receive the order will be deducted from the refund amount.

We do not accept product exchanges.

Upon delivery, the condition of the packaging must be inspected. If there is any severe damage to the box surfaces that may indicate product breakage, the delivery should be refused.

A product return may be arranged within 14 days of delivery. To do so, please contact us at geral@molde.pt with a detailed explanation and photographs supporting the reason for the claim.

International orders (outside the European Union) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.


We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order. If a customer refuses to pay the applicable customs charges and the order is returned to us, any return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
